If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Road Runner Sports, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges, provided the following conditions are met:

-The item(s) must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.
-The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
-The item(s) must be returned using a traceable shipping method (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS).
-Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from Road Runner Sports.
If you meet all of the above conditions, please contact us to initiate a return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

What if I don’t have my original sales receipt, packing slip or invoice?
If you don’t have your original sales receipt, packing slip or invoice, we’ll still do our best to process your return. We may be able to look up your purchase using your credit card, check or gift card number. Or, if you’re a VIP, we can look up your purchase using your name and address. However, without one of these three things, we may not be able to process your return.
